We've done so many white and ivory cakes lately; so it's refreshing to make a light green cake. It really made for a colorful cake table.

i love the technique on the sides of the cake...very cool. i was just in raleigh yesterday and a little today...i would have stopped by but i know you are busy!! but frankie won his game and scored the game winning goal!! hope all is well!
